The reception staff are rude, disrespectful and speak to you in a patronising arrogant tone, as though you are a burden to contact them.
The phones are never answered and the amount of appointments available are shocking.
They state they only have on the day appointments not pre bookable ones, yet when you call on the day You are always asked on the phone for on the day appointments "if it is an emergency" if it was an emergency you would go to A and E and how else are you going to see a doctor!
The doctors however are fantastic just a shame about the receptionists! Definitely a training need in customer service/care and interactional skills is required or they should not be in the job! It is appalling.
