i feel the receptionist get a very bad review upon reading these on here and i would like to say apart from one the reception staff are the best they have ever been here three in particular have always help me with app or help for my mum Christine and always help me as much as they can if all patients turned up then they may be more app available as it is the doc surgery is in a very busy area one of the nurse practitioners in particular has helped me so so much since they worked here and im so sad they have left the practice will i fear suffer now all in all im very happy with this doctors Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to put such nice comments about us; it always increases staff morale and therefore the patient experience when we can relay positive feedback. Indeed it is very sad the nurse practitioner left, but there is a new nurse starting in July which we are looking forward to. Thank you again.
