Moving to Beeston Village Surgery 18 months ago was one of my better decisions.

Improvements include only one location which is easily and safely accessible.

The same 3 GP's means much better understanding on both sides and I always know who I will be seeing, and where. They also seem to return phone calls very promptly. The nurse is pleasant, relaxed and thorough and the lovely member of staff who takes blood is one of the few in the world able to find a vein in my arm without having to dig for it! The reception staff are great, they only ask questions to get a better understanding of what will help me best, for example

I am happy to make routine appointments a week ahead but once when I had a genuine emergency I saw a GP within half an hour.

Repeat prescriptions work smoothly (I've seen a Boots pharmacist nearly in tears having to deal with my elderly mother's surgery). So, I would much rather not need your services, but thank you for making it as painless as possible.
