"Nevermind customer service,no respect at all as..."

i rang to find out about my blood test result and the receptionist was the most rudest person i have ever met! they said things to me that was bang out of order and when i challenged them about it they denied everything! midway through the phone call i asked for their name and they said "i do not have to give you my name"

as a receptionist for a GP a patient has every right to ask for a name! evan at the start of the phone call your supposed to introduce yourself!

these receptionist think they can get away with being rude and unprofessional.
