"Upsetting experience"

I am so upset with this surgery I have been here since 1 years old am 39 years old now over years this surgery went downhill doctors changing, staff changing and recently receptionist staff changing and the attitude is disgusting and so rude answer phone barley could speak English never mind understand you then u get upset explaining so then they pass fone around by this time your getting frustrated then person saying how can I help you I would really like to speak to someone regarding my concerns but then am really scared too because a few times in the past I have mentioned this to the doctors and receptionist don't like it go elsewhere my partner and kids are here why should I go elsewhere just sad ....
