I have been a patient of the same doctor for 12 years - since they retired, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment, had chest infection and had to wait nearly two weeks to be seen by the doctor, this was not the only one let down. Registering with a new GP today.

Hello and thank you for your comments. I am really sorry that you were not satisfied with the service from our surgery. Since we took over the management of the surgery last spring we have tried a number of different appointment systems. As I write this response you can book a routine GP appointment next Monday 20th February 2017, and we do have slots held back for patients who need an urgent, same day appointment. I am sorry that you decided to leave the surgery but we would be happy for you to return should you wish?
