"Thank you to all the staff for your hard work..."

I have always received good care from this surgery - including being fully involved in treatment decisions. In every consultation I have had with my usual GP who has demonstrated care and empathy, and dealt the problem efficiently. The team are friendly and polite. Some people have commented on here about difficulty getting an appointment - but please remember General Practice is not an emergency service, and the system is under immense strain. Nationally there is a massive GP recruitment crisis, and despite this, I have always been able to get timely telephone advice or a routine appointment at the surgery. I particularly value the continuity of care that I receive at this surgery, which is something that is rare in modern General Practice. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and dedication.
