"Rude Staff!"

he doctors are good but some of he the desk staff is really rude and obnoxious. I tried to register my sister who was visiting from Birmingham as a temporary patient. The receptionist totally discouraged me insisting that I should take her to a walk-in clinic. When i tried to explain it to them that they cant sit and wait in a walk in walk-in clinic, with stitches hurting and a 22 days old baby. But apparently that information was just irrelevant not was not their business. I cant understand how such thoughtless people get jbs in Care industry!
