I have the utmost respect for certain doctors, one in particular who has shown such outstanding care for me and my family.
Just seeing this doctor and getting a smile makes me feel better, I The empathy shown is very much appreciated, the after care is exceptional, the doctor is truly an asset to the surgery.
Similarly the nursing staff are equally friendly and courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, in all my visits to the surgery, I never feel stressed, I enjoy attending even when I'm not feeling well, and THAT is what makes a difference to me.
They are fantastic and I can't thank them enough.
The reception staff I have always found to be very efficient and courteous, and try their best to fit in appointments for me on the day wherever possible.
