"Terrible Doctors"

About: Leeds City Medical Practice

Waiting 2 weeks to a month for appointments, online facility is an absolute shambles too. Requested a repeat prescrip. a week ago, only had chance to pick it up Friday due my unsociable working hours. Told me it had been sent to Parkside, the sister surgery - despite no confirmation of this online or the option to select your closest surgery to have it sent to. Called tonight asking if it could be transferred as Parkside is awkward to get to without a car and they refused and said they could mail it out - something I originally wasn't told by unhelpful staff at Leeds City Med. Sadly not an option, as it's for a contraceptive pill I need to start taking again before Thursday. Went to Parkside tonight to be told it wasn't there and it now needed approval by a doctors and I'd have to go back AGAIN. At least the staff at Parkside were apologetic, friendly and offered to have the prescription sent to Leeds City for me.

Staff at Leeds City are unhelpful and uncaring to the point of just being rude. It's a good job my prescription is just for a contraceptive pill and not something I need to stay healthy if this is regular practice.
