We have always been very happy with the care that the surgery has provided.
Our youngest child had been unwell for 5 days with a persistent high temperature and no improvement. We had followed all the advice given regarding managing him at home but felt he needed to be seen as he was deteriorating. My husband contacted the surgery at 8 am to ask for an emergency appointment that day. I was given an appointment to see the Nurse Practitioner at 9:15. They did a full assessment and prescribed him medication for an ear infection. They also gave me advice regarding what to do if his condition changed or if I was concerned about him having an allergic reaction to the medication. Within 24 hrs he is improving. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you.
