Some days they just DON'T answer. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism, care, and humanity displayed at this farce of a surgery. If it closed down today it would make absolutely no difference as it may as well not exist at the rate it is going!I don't know if they just ignore the ringing of the phones but this goes beyond a joke! 30 minutes for a queue of 2 people! ... Making an appointment is next to impossible and god forbid you request an emergency appointment/prescription! I've had staff ask me to wait three days for a slot for emergency asthma medication! Three days without that = a quick hospital visit! Right now struggling to get a prescription filled for anti-depressants three days without = major depressive episode. This is am absolute outrage; I am beyond dissatisfied.
