About: One Medicare LLP-the Light

I just moved to this surgery after the increasingly bad service at my previous surgery. This surgery is also closer to my new house. They took longer than the time they'd suggested to move me over and I did have to chase them a fews times. During the switch I happened to read a few google reviews which were all negative. Though to my suprise, my first doctors appointment went well. They were attentive and thorough. It may be too soon to sing their praises but hopefully this good experience wasn't an isolated incident.

Thank you for your feedback, and welcome to The Light Surgery, we hope to assure you the registration process was an isolated incident of late which has caused delays for several patients and is due to the transfer to our new records management providers PCSE, we hope to have resolved these issues now and assure you the light registration problem has been resolved.
