"complain about receptionist and practice manager"

The receptionists are very rude and they really need to work on their attitude and treat people with respect.

I'm registered here since 4 years doctors are good that's why stayed otherwise receptionists behaviour really put u off!!

you come to the surgery either not feeling yourself or with your ill child and already upset and instead of getting treated with polite and comfort these receptionists put you off!!

I put a formal complain to the practice manager and to be honest they are just as bad as them... No wonder the surgery receptionists are rude and disorganised if the management is like wise.

Practice manager was biased about unfair treatment of their staff and tried to backed them up instead of rectify the error and improve and respect the feedback manger was rude instead.

now I need to find a way to report the management so people don't suffer inconvenience in future.

It's a long story what happened ..
