"Another Day Another Practice Manager/Doctor"

4 Practice Managers have left this surgery in 2 years! Lost count of how many doctors have come and gone since the 3 permanent doctors left in 2014 - I don't think any of the new doctors have been permanent, just locums or on a trial period, just the one managing partner remains - why? Also the majority of the pre-2014 receptionists / secretaries have left.... why? This used to be such a reliable, friendly surgery offering excellent care with doctors who knew and cared about the patients - such a shame!
