"My mother was treated with the utmost..."

What I liked

My mother was treated with the utmost care and dignity, and was always spoken to by her first name, and consulted each time they needed to treat her. The staff allowed my sister and I to stay by my mum's bedside through the night, and even supplied us with hot drinks.

What could be improved

The visitors chairs could be made more comfortable, and less squeaky.

Anything else?

The staff were very understanding and treated my mum and us with great respect at such a sad time.
