"An asthmatic"

I am an asthmatic whose symptoms are normally well controlled. Last October I had a cold that developed into a chest infection which brought on an asthma attack. Following a visit to an emergency medical centre I contacted Shadwell Lane who gave me an appointment with nurse prescriber, who took full control of the situation, having been made aware that I was due to go on holiday. They devised a treatment plan which not only brought my medical condition under control but also allowed me to take my holiday. They were caring, professional, efficient etc etc . Thank you. I would also like to thank another member of staff I saw who is involved with asthma clinic etc.
