"Dreadful first impression."

About: Alwoodley Medical Centre

I visited for the first time today, the receptionists didn't even look up and say hello or smile or ask me my name or who I needed to see. They ignored me, then I was abruptly told to sign in 'over there'

They did not show me the screen just waved vaguely in the direction. They did not explain about the bonging noise or what it meant. They couldn't give me a list of the doctors practising at the centre. I came away feeling as if I had been treated like a piece of rubbish !

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have received less than acceptable service from the practice. We have employed several new staff and training is ongoing.
