About: The North Leeds Medical Practice

The staff at this practice are amazing. On December 22nd 2016 I walked into the reception in floods of tears due to my mental illness and the support I received was truly remarkable. I was immediately met with warmth and compassion from the reception staff and looked after until I could see a doctor. This might have taken 2hrs but that was nothing in the grand scheme of things as these people kept me safe and alive. The receptionists went above and beyond their role and I will be forever grateful.

Thank you so much to my lovely GP and the concerned patients in the waiting room.

Life is short and there are far too many people complaining about the NHS. I wouldn't be here without it and I'm sure many others wouldn't be either.
