"Very disapointed"

I have been seeing a doctor here for just over a year.

The doctor asks me the same questions everytime i see them, i feel the doctor does not listen to me and that i have no say in my care or medication. I have had emergency appointments twice in the last 2 months, the staff were very helpful and i felt listened to. Yet when i went to see the doctor again, it was clear the doctor had no idea about what had been going on since my last appointment. I only see the doctor around every 4 months and am left to cope alone not knowing where to turn in between appointments. Having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder almost 10 years ago and literally crying out for help, i think this is terrible.
