"Avoid at all costs if you can!!!!"

Well what can i say, i was referred here after been told my anxiety was too complex for them to treat.

I was given a care cordinator and have been seeing them quite a few months now and still not got any further than when I originally went to see them.

I still havent got a care plan and no idea when im going to see my care cordinator next. I just get told ill ring you sometime to arrange a date and time.

This makes me feel anxious in itself as never know where i am. I often feel suicidal and have asked to speak to the duty professional only to be told they will ring you back and often dont so im left suffering.

I got told to ring the duty professional any time even if its everyday if im struggling to which i did as i was really struggling to be greeted with a return call a few hours later by my care cordinator to say not to ring them. So what are we meant to do if you cant ring the duty professional in time of need?

I feel worse now than I did before i was referred and think im going ask to be discharged cause im getting nowhere and try find help elsewhere. I have heard mind are excellent so will try them.

Dont put yourself through any more distress if you are referred here simply run for the hills..

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for the Greenfields Centre. We are sorry that you feel you have had a poor service from the team. North Staffs Combined Healthcare takes all feedback received seriously and always uses comments to continually improve our services.

I am very disappointed that for you we appear to have fallen below expected standards. We have clear expectations that all service users have a recovery focused, co-produced Care Plan detailing their needs and strengths. Our expectation is that the Care Plan also includes details of how to get support during times when service users are in crisis.

I would be very grateful if you could contact the Centre Manager Noel Haughton or Deputy Manager Karen Cottage directly on 0300 790 0236 both of whom would be very happy to hear from you and would like to agree with you a plan of suitable, collaborative care and address your concerns.

If you would like to contact our PALS team alternatively, giving your details, we will be very happy to look into your individual case. They can be contacted on Freephone 0800 389 9676 or by email on patientexperienceteam@combined.nhs.uk
