(as the patient),

I just wanted to say I have just spoken to a very friendly man who helped me book my appointment. I fully believe in people doing their jobs properly and this doesn’t always happen (not just in the NHS, but in all walks of life) so I think when someone has done a good job it is important to tell them. Thank you!
