We are disappointed that this is the perception that you have walked away with from our hospital. The new Chief Executive is very keen to ensure that all our services provide a first class care to patients and excellence remains at the heart of everything we do. We know there is work to do, especially in light of your experience, but hope that any future experience of our hospital is more positive.
