I was referred to the Mental health team over 1 year ago, after they cancelled my appointment 3 times, I finally got to meet 1 of the nurses who was lovely and referred me for an assessment, 2 months later I have moved 13 miles away and have been told I have to start all over again as my referral has been cancelled due to this move, what a waste of time, effort, stress and anxiety, and I'm going to have to go through it all again, I don't think I can, what a stupid system.

We are nothing but numbers! and this is a mental health team!
