What I liked

I am sending this compliment out of tremendous gratitude. We had a dilemma; and had to ask to allow my brother to stay in the ward at our Mother's bedside for 25 hours. Usually no-one is allowed to stay there after visiting hours, but when they saw the e-mail that I sent them explaining the situation, they immediately and very graciously gave their consent and informed all the nurses on all the shifts to ensure that there would not be any problems. My brother was very impressed with the way the sincere care of the staff to every single patient. All the staff was very helpful and friendly to my brother and this is a reflection of their wonderful caring heart. I would recommend anyone who needs any care for any condition to use this hospital and especially the Eddington ward. My Mother is still there.
