Hello and thank you for your useful comment.

We realise that the way the current reception desk is laid out can make privacy at the desk tricky.

For the refurbishment we have a smaller desk designed which is set back, and there will be a screen between the desk and the patient seating.

At the moment we have a privacy booth at the end of the desk where a patient can speak to the receptionist more privately.

We also use paper forms for the walk in service so that patients do not need to verbally say any of their details to the receptionist.

If you have any further suggestions regarding this they would be most welcome.

Yours Sincerely

Florence

Practice Manager
