An excellent service with friendly receptionists experienced nurses and extremely caring GPs. The surgery will always try its best to get you an appointment and it has always managed to fit me in when it is an emergency. I have communication difficulties but my doctor, in particular, has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to make me feel at ease. I wouldn’t trade The Hawthorn Surgery for all the money in the world!
