I would like texts messages service for the deaf needs. I am deaf don't use ring the surgery. I usually go there by face to face or walk in. But too long waiting up to a hour is ridiculous. Should be a least up to 15-30 mins maximum. Anyway other is fine. Should provide drink machine while we waiting for GP..
