"Unhelpful and don't listent"

I have not found my experience at this practice positive. The appointment system is not helpul and I could not get appointments even six weeks ahead. I landed up walking 45 minutes across the city (even when really unwell) to get a same day appointment and then would arrive early, normally 8am and then have to wait anywhere up to 3 hours for my appointment. This system was useless in that I had to miss lectures or part lectures or when really unwell I would have to sit in the surgery waiting for ages feeling awful.

Some of the doctors were awful and often symptoms were assumed to be in relation to the 'student lifestyle' i.e. drinking too much, poor diet and partying despite being told that it was not the case.

My flatmates in year two of university landed up being admitted on separate occasions after the GP told them nothing was wrong. Their parents came and had to take them to hospital because they were so unwell.

My own experience has led to me feeling not listened to or supported and being palmed off with no advice or poor advice.

I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone, register with alternative ones and don't believe the leaflets.
