"Amazingly excellent experience"

My experience in LSMP overall has been very positive. In my recent visit though, it was of an even higher standard I thought possible. I had an IUD put in, and as a transgender person I find that extremely triggering (even though in the long term it is hopefully the right solution) and I was really terrified about the procedure. My doctor asked me about my pronouns in the very beginning of my appointment, and that really meant the world to me. It's a simple gesture, but my doctor explicitly respecting my identity really had a massive impact on how I felt. The doctor also performed the procedure flawlessly, I am extremely grateful.
