I just really wanted to provide feedback of my excellent experience of the reception staff. One member in particular is fantastic, a great and upbeat communicator who makes me feel much more positive every time i attend the practice. I cannot mention this member of staff by name but I gave some feedback this morning as I popped in with my prescription - this member of staff deserves many thanks for doing their job with so much commitment and enthusiasm.
