I have lived all over the UK and been to around 15 different practices, and this is by far the worst surgery I have ever visited. I have seen all three of the doctors and none of them seem to want anything more than to get you in and out of the surgery as quickly as possible. Furthermore, one doctor seems to have extreme difficulty understanding me and asks me to repeat myself often - despite the fact I speak very "ordinary" clear English with no regional accent, I dread to think how the doctor copes with others with regional accents who visit the surgery. I'd never come here again if I didn't live here so I sadly face no other choice. They also refused a prescription I have had for years from all my other doctors on the grounds that the tablets can be "addictive", despite my long track record of managing my occasional use of these and never having become addicted.
