What I liked

it was a very clean and friendly place, made to feel comfortable.

What could be improved

i was 17 at the time and feel that this is a place for children i believe if you are about 14 and above you would feel slightly out of place, however once you get past that the staff are very helpful, however i still dont have a diagnosis for my illness :/
