"Cant get appointment"

Even with a user name and password it is impossible to get an appointment.

Even logging on first thing in the morning.

The only thing offered is sit and wait.

Meant to be Saturday till 4pm came late morning before 12 and got the last slot then they closed it -there was still a two and a half hour wait yes we were able to go away and come back.

I know there's building work going on but its been consistently bad service since we first went there.

On that day it was for my daughter she is asthmatic and was 2-3 weeks into a bad cough she has a history of hospital admissions so she did need to be seen. the practitioner was very thorough.

No appointments in the week so it had to be a Saturday.

The only time I have seen a Doctor there myself I had to explain to them about my medication and the Doctor wasn't aware there was a safer version in form of a patch and challenged me for suggesting I try it.
