What I liked

My mother in law was recently on Littleton Ward.

I was very impressed with the care, dignity and compassion with which both she and the family were treated, during her care and after her death.

The staff on Littleton Ward are a credit to their profession, always helpful, informative and caring. We couldn't always visit during the scheduled times as many of us came from up to 150 miles away, but that was never an issue to the staff who always made us feel welcome.

The ward was always clean, tidy and peaceful. Staff would always stop and listen to us, we were never made to feel we were in the way or asking too many questions.
