After numerous visits and seeing different doctors about my change in bowel movements etc . I was told that I'm over weight ( yes I know this already ) , and I've got irritable bowel syndrome . I coped for as long as I could with it but then I ended up seeing a DR, they sat and listened and did an urgent referral to the hospital and that is when I found out that I had ulcerative colitis and had been suffering with it for a long time . So once again thank you DR.
