After being blessed with good health it comes as a surprise to deteriorate in a few short years.

First substantial event following a visit to the surgery to report a substantial number of night visits to the toilet. Examined and directed to Hospital which resulted in a prostate cancer diagnosis.

Successfully treated with hormone and radiotherapy - good

Couple of years later a mini stroke results in medication, warfarin, hbp, statin - settles ok

Now diabetes type 2 - get it under control by healthy diet and reintroducing a modest fitness regime..

All these unexpected elements diagnosed and controlled thanks to the involvement, actions and continuing attention by the Doctors and Nurses at Ireland Wood Surgery - A BIG Thank you.
