"Ambulance Services and Paramedic team"

I had reason to call for an ambulance late one evening. I was alone and on the floor unable to move. The team who arrived were simply fantastic. Their professionalism, empathy, care and comfort, were incredible. People are all too willing to complain about services and the failings of the NHS, but while we have dedicated people like this we should consider ourselves ver lucky and ensuring they get the thanks they deserve.
