"Disgusting - reception appalling"

The worst GP surgery on Earth. My partner suffers from bipolar disorder and they always fail to provide him his medication. There's always some sort of story they give to not give him his medicine. I hope they know if anything ever happens to him medically they will be the first one I blame. And the staff are so rude it's appalling. No phone manners, no good customer skills whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted. Mostly at reception. They're meant to be the face of the company, technically, being a receptionist. Their manners are terrible. Talking down to people.
