"Good family practice"

My family have been at this practice now for 8 months, during which time we have had several planned and emergency appointments. When I have needed to make an appointment via the phone I have found that they are very quick to answer and happy to give you information. Both myself and my husband have been able to have a telephone appointment with the doctors where we are not ill enough to actually need to see a doctor but still needed the medical input for advice. We have found each of the doctors to be polite and courteous, well informed and knowledgeable, they are good with children too making them feel settled and reassured. The nurses are also very nice and quick to reassure you and make you feel at ease. All in all a very good practice, especially with the addition of weekend hours (although held at a separate surgery) making it easier not only on people who would typically work during the normal surgery hours but for everyone because illnesses don't only strike Mon-Fri 9-5.
