"Poor service, rude staff"

About: Priory View Medical Centre

Unhelpful and rude reception/office staff, putting phone down on you and won't neither listen, neither let you explain about the problem. Also, they won't pass a message to a relevant GP to phone back/resolve the problem.

Instead of going to talk to a specific GP I asked them to, they went to consult someone irrelevant, someone I never seen (another GP) and this resulted in a lot of complications for me, hence I am going to register elsewhere, tired of rude & unprofessional staff.

Perhaps it is the best solution that patient seeks new GP for medical services as obviously they feel we cannot accommodate their needs - whether they be valid or not.

It would have been more amicably resolved if patient had approached their displeasure by the complaints route available to all patients at the Practice.

It has also to be mentioned that we feel also the way this is posted is "unprofessional", wording and comments - even if they feel aggrieved.
