Unhelpful and rude reception/office staff, putting phone down on you and won't neither listen, neither let you explain about the problem. Also, they won't pass a message to a relevant GP to phone back/resolve the problem.
Instead of going to talk to a specific GP I asked them to, they went to consult someone irrelevant, someone I never seen (another GP) and this resulted in a lot of complications for me, hence I am going to register elsewhere, tired of rude & unprofessional staff.
