To the Aneurin Bevan Health Board. May I take this opportunity of expressing my grateful thanks of the adult Mental Health Services at Ebbw Vale, of the 2 community psychiatric nurses and a female consultant psychiatrist of Dan y Bryn Hospital from October 2008 to February 2010 and there after, on their excellent conduct, treatment, care ,support and their dedicated communication towards me while a patient under their care.
These people are professional people who I trust and respect. I have received a wonderful experience from them all. These professional people have made me so well and alive again.
What wonderful people I have received to get well again and I also appreciate their kindness.
