What I liked
i was a day care patient on ward 6 and was kept informed about the time i would be going for my surgery at regular intervals. The staff on this ward and in the eye clinic outpatient dept are great.
What could be improved
The only thing that could be different from a patient point of view is the waiting times. but i think most people understand why it has to be this way.
