From the reception staff through to the consultant the staff were exceptional in their “customer” service. Polite, professional, informative and very helpful.
I was seen by a clinic assistant who was sensitive and thoughtful throughout. My consultant took the time to touch base with me and reassure me due to my excessive needle phobia.
