I recently had to have a gastroscopy and I was very nervous about the procedure having heard many horror stories, but my fears were unnecessary because of the staff of Queen Mary's. They put me at ease from the beginning and I have to say that the whole experience, while not something I would want to go through often, was smooth and easy. Thank you . Mrs K R Knowles
