"Cardiac ward"

About: Hammersmith Hospital / Cardiology

I was there for angioplasty after procejure there was no follow up appointment also for cardiac rehab they told me within one month i will get my rehab but its been 2 months no phone call or nothing.

Whenever i call them for my rehab, I was going round and round no proper answer.

At last

I told my GP they are arranging for me but not in my area and still I am waiting list in their list.
