"Emergency care"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

Attended today with a broken wrist department was really busy although it took three and a half hours from arriving to leaving all the staff from reception triage x ray nurses and care assistant were friendly and caring a credit to the hospital as they were obviously under staffed .The only criticism is the board alerting of waiting times had not been updated from 8am until finally at 5pm it was finally changed

Dear Steph B,

Thank you for sharing this review with us. The team will be really pleased to receive your kind comments about their care, and to see the impact that they had on your experience. I will be sure to pass this onto to all involved, both to share your praise of the staff, but also to serve as a reminder to update our waiting time board, to keep our patients up to date.

I hope you are recovering well from your wrist injury.

Best wishes,

Jessica
