"non urgent care ?"

i was advised to go to the urgent care unit at russels hall hospital by nhs 111 service

after being unable to get appointment with GP when i was having bad pain in my chest and back.

i had to wait 3 and half hours before i was seen during which time the waiting room was packed with people, many with very poorly children in distress.

during that time hardly any patients were being called into consultation rooms by doctors

hence the long wait for everyone.
