"Horrendous"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

My dad was admitted via a&e with pneumonia. He saw the consultant after 12 hours which was fine, but was then left on the same trolley in a&e for another 12 hours before being admitted to cdu. So 24 hours on a trolley in total. He was discharged a few days later with a pressure sore - absolutely not acceptable. I've made a complaint via PALS but they haven't even replied to me yet.
