"Fell through a gap"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I was referred by my GP, had an initial appointment and was told my case would go to a board in January or June and if I hadn't heard by June to call back. I waited 7-8 months and in June called back. turned out my case had been heard in January and I'd been referred to a dietician first but no appointment had been made and I'd been lost for six months.

Made an appointment but needed to change it and filled in an online form to request a new appointment and have heard nothing - appointment due next week.

I feel communication with patients is very poor.
